Well, the guide is here! Let me tell you about this guide (pictured above) that I came across because it's too good to pass up in case you're looking for a job. It's called Job-Interview-Answers and man, they have the answers to some serious questions that will be asked on your job interview. Let's say you don't have this book and your prospective employer asks you the following questions:
- Why did you leave your last job?
- Have you ever been fired or forced to resign?
- I see that you have had a lot of jobs in a short period of time. Why is that? (I hate that question. I feel it's none of their business but I understand their concern)
- Why should we hire you? What can you do for us that another one can't? (I also hate this question)
- Have you ever had problems with a supervisor or co-worker? Describe the situation for me. (Ugghhhhhh)
- What do you consider to be your greatest strengths and weaknesses?
- What was the best decision you ever made?
- Do you prefer to work alone or with a team?
- What do you do when people disagree with you or your ideas?
- What are your long-range career objectives, and what steps have you taken toward obtaining them? (I really hate this one. I just want to say, "Do I have the job or not?")
Don't you think it would be an asset to know these questions in advance and how to answer these questions?
Now, let me ask you again, what if you didn't have this guide and you're faced with these questions. Do you know what to say?
